ABOUT OUR FUNCTIONS
Located on Chanterlands Avenue, The Hull and East Riding Sports Club prides itself on providing you with a professional and informal service, whilst helping to ensure your event is an enjoyable one for you and all your guests!
We believe that no two clients are the same and neither are our services. We are ready to provide the appropriate service and deliver a package tailored to your needs. We have experience in hosting all types of functions including;

Room Hire and Payment
Room hire is free to members of the Hull & East Riding Sports Club. Any non-member room hire is £30.00. This includes an annual membership to our club so you can continue to use our facilities free throughout the year!
A £50.00 food deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Full payment must be made in full on or before the day of the function, from which the deposit will be deducted.
We do not currently take bookings online, but feel free to phone, or pop in to the club to make your booking! Alternatively if you have any queries about availability or questions about the club, fill in our query form located at the bottom of the page.
FACILITIES AVAILABLE
THE CLUB LOUNGE
The Club Lounge has recently been refurbished (2018) and offers an ideal venue for both daytime and evening functions.
The Lounge is a good sized function room that can accommodate up to 150 people (not all seated). Our Lounge is also equipped with a fully stocked and reasonably priced bar. We can also cater for any special drink requests you may have, such as drinks on arrival, or a pre-paid bar service. The Lounge is also equipped with disco lighting and a dance floor.
PLEASE NOTE: Members may use lounge/bar facilities during a function as this is a members sports club.
MEETING ROOM
The Meeting room is also available for smaller functions and events, and has a capacity of up to 50 people. This room is ideal for children's birthday parties and conference meetings.
OTHER FACILITIES
Music

We can arrange a DJ for your function, or you can play your own personalised playlist through our in-house music system. The Club Lounge also has a dance floor with disco lights.
Picture Slideshow

We can offer the use of our large screen television, which you can plug your memory stick into. This will enable you to share photos, company presentations and videos of treasured memories, with all of your attendees.
Playing Field

The venue offers the opportunity to use the private playing field, which can be utilised for outside team building and sports events. It is also an ideal ground for bouncy castles and soft play.
Parking

There is also a large, well lit, free private car park that our guests are welcome to use.
